Our Sales, Parts and Service Departments are safely open BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Dear Ideal Honda customers,

As we navigate the rapidly evolving COVID-19 crisis, we remain committed to protecting the health and wellbeing of our customers and team members.  On April 8, 2021, the Ontario Government amended the list of essential services. As a result, our sales, parts, and service departments are open by appointment only. In order to maintain a safe environment, we have implemented social distancing and sanitizing protocols in our dealership. This requires us to limit the number of guests in our sales showroom and service waiting area to ensure your safety. You will be required to book your sales or service appointment prior to arriving at the dealership. This will allow us to safely prepare for your visit and make the most of your valuable time.

During these unprecedented times, the safety of our customers and team members is our main priority.  We have instituted social distancing measures, sanitizing, and prevention protocols as per Health Canada’s recommendations.  Please help keep everyone safe by following the latest safety recommendations and self isolate if you feeling unwell, traveled in the last 14 days, or have been in contact with anyone with COVID-19.  We are available by phone and online to safely answer any of your questions or to book your appointment today.
